On7/30/2010, National Technology Innovation Pilot Project (Shanghai) Promotion Conference had its grand opening in Shanghai Exhibition Center, which marked the efforts of Shanghai Government on building Shanghai into an innovative international metropolitan through leveraging scientific and technological innovation.
　　
At the end of the conference, WINNER Technology was granted with the “Shanghai Innovation Enterprise” plaque.
