Expo Visitor Volume Will Reach a Small Peak This Week with a Daily over 300,000 Traffic

Expo Visitor Volume This Week

According to Mr.Chen, Deputy Director General of Shanghai Expo Affair Coordination Bureau, the expo visitor volume will reach a small peak this week (24th-30th), with an estimation of over 300,000 traffic on a daily basis. The average daily visitor traffic in team appointment will approach 140,000, and the number will bump up to 180,000 on Saturday.

Expo Bus Roll Line

De Dato, the visitor can transfer to the free roll bus to the Expo Park Gate 1 after getting off on the Lu Ban Road Station of metro line 4. 

Practice Area Brochure

From yesterday, the distribution volume of the card brochures on Urban Best Practice Areas has been doubled since the implementation of reservation ticket claim for the corresponding pavilion after collecting fifteen practice area stamps on the brochure, with a total area traffic of 70,000, nearly accounting for 20% of the total Park visitation traffic.

Expo Passport

The expo passport sold at the franchised shops in the Park has been of great popularity since the expo opening, so as to the stock-out faced by a few shops.

But from this week,, the expo passport will be sufficiently supplied on the market to solve the shortage concerns.

Dedicated Expo Sightseeing Boat at Night

Yesterday, Shanghai Expo Water Transportation Operation Center announce that dedicated expo sightseeing boat at night will be put into use tonight as a response to the demand of the visitors to go park sightseeing at night.

The dedicated boat, priced RMB 30 for each ticket, will be operated for three shifts everyday at19:15, 19:45, and 20:15, with a time interval of half an hour.
