Designs and implements an anti-commercial bribery and anti-unfair competition compliance system from five aspects: "compliance management structure, compliance risk identification and assessment—disposal—prevention, compliance supervision, violation investigation and disposal, and compliance culture promotion."

Issues group-wide "Anti-commercial Bribery Policy" and "Anti-unfair Competition Policy", providing clear compliance guidelines to all departments, clarifying compliance requirements for employees and third parties.

Establishes an integrated data compliance management structure—Data Management Committee, covering "product—compliance—legal—security", to coordinate and deploy the company's decisions and supervisory management work related to cybersecurity, data security, and personal information protection.

Constructs and fully implements a cybersecurity and data security management system in various business areas from policies, processes, tools, technologies, and norms, clarifying system requirements, technical means, personnel permissions, and accountability mechanisms.

Regularly conducts cybersecurity, data security, and privacy protection awareness training and exams for all employees, with specialized training for managers and high-risk groups.

Actively participates in industry forums and closed-door meetings, and is involved in drafting industry standards closely related to the company's business.

Business Partners
